Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Pack the Merchandise

  Place the unworn items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the shoebox is protected by an outer shipping layer.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label provided in your original package and drop it off at any authorized courier point or Tekkie Town retail location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
